Finance Business Partner | West Cheshire | £45,000–£50,000

I’m working with a growing, PE-backed business in West Cheshire that is looking to bring in an ambitious Finance Business Partner.

This is a genuinely commercial role, working closely with Sales, Commercial, Operations and senior stakeholders across the business. You’ll be more than just a reporting function - you’ll be expected to understand the numbers, challenge performance and help shape commercial decisions. There’ll also be some involvement in month-end and management reporting, but the real focus is on business partnering and adding value. The business is big on progression based on merit, not time served, so this is a great opportunity for an up-and-coming FBP who wants to take on more responsibility quickly.
