2x roles:
- Finance Business Partner (Product & Technology)
- Finance Business Partner x2 (Customer & Services)
Contract Lengths:3 months initial duration - could go to 6 months
Clearance: BPSS
Location:Hybrid - 2-3 days p/w week in London office.
1. Finance Business Partner (Product & Technology)
Essential:
- Qualified Accountant
- Ideally SAAS background, however, definitely have experience of companies of 5000+ people
Key competencies:
- Qualified accountant or equivalent commercial finance experience, with strong understanding of budgeting, forecasting, management reporting and financial modelling.
- Proven experience partnering with senior stakeholders and influencing decision-making across a complex matrix organisation.
- Strong commercial finance experience supporting Product, Technology, SaaS, software, digital or technology-enabled businesses would be advantageous.
- Experience supporting transformation, investment appraisal, benefit tracking, cost initiatives or operating model change.
- Commercially minded, with the ability to balance financial control, strategic investment, delivery outcomes and long-term value creation.
- Confident communicator who can simplify complex financial information and provide constructive challenge to senior leaders.
- Highly analytical, with strong Excel/modelling capability and the ability to turn financial and operational data into insight and action.
- Comfortable working at pace, managing ambiguity and prioritising across multiple stakeholders, projects and investment decisions.
- Strong relationship builder with credibility, resilience and the ability to drive alignment across Finance, Product, Technology and transformation teams.
2. Finance Business Partner x2 (Customer & Services)
Essential:
- Qualified Accountant
- Ideally SAAS background, however, definitely have experience of companies of 5000+ people
Key competencies:
