Finance Credit Controller – Debtors & Reconciliations Lead

Cambian Group Plc is seeking a Resident Finance Credit Controller to manage allocations, reconcile bank and sales ledgers, and drive timely debt collection from sites and customers. You will coordinate with cashiering and regional finance teams to maintain accurate ledgers and support audits.

The role emphasis is on reducing debtor days, maintaining KPIs, and delivering clear communications with stakeholders while ensuring GDPR compliance and high service levels. Based in Uxbridge on-site.
