Finance Director: M&A & Growth Strategy | Hybrid

SF Partners is seeking a Finance Director to lead the finance workstream across acquisitions, with hybrid working from Warwickshire or Central London. You will report to the CFO and partner with senior leadership, investors and founders on strategic decisions and growth initiatives.

You will oversee completion accounts, earn-outs and SPAs, build robust financial models, and drive governance and controls to support a high-growth buy-and-build strategy.
