Finance Director - Scale-Up Fintech & Growth Funding

StrideUp is seeking a Finance Director to lead the Finance function through a phase of growth in a FCA-regulated fintech. You will own financial control, audits, and the expanding set of funding lines and structured finance arrangements, while partnering with the CEO on fundraising and investor relations.

You will report to the CEO, guide strategic capital decisions, and lead a finance team in a fast-paced, scale-up environment with strong governance and regulatory oversight.
