Finance Director

A highly successful SME Consumer businesses with a brilliant brand profile, an excellent turnover and incredibly strong profitability is seeking to hire a Finance Director. Our client is hiring a commercially led Finance Director reporting to the CEO, to continue their double digit growth and expansion plans for the future.

As the Finance Director, you will be the key partner to the board and be responsible for leading finance as well as working with non-finance to drive the business growth. They will need someone who is effective business partnering with non-finance Heads of Department, driving revenue and margin. This will be a varied role where you will be involved in financial control, operational strategy, business cases and act as a trusted partner at the hip to the CEO and COO. The role will also be involved in IT and Procurement. This role will have significant interaction with the board with a team underneath you.

The candidate must be a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) and will be comfortable working in a dynamic, fast paced and commercial environment. The successful candidate must have Consumer or Healthcare sector experience. This is a superb opportunity to join an exciting business with significant autonomy and breadth.

The role would be paying a strong six figure basic salary plus significant bonus and benefits package. The role will be based in Central London (zone 1) and be hybrid working.
