Job Description
A senior leadership opportunity for an ambitious Finance Director to support the growth of a UK-based real estate platform operating across Industrial and Commercial Property. The role combines strategic oversight with hands-on delivery, working closely with shareholders, lenders and senior leadership in an entrepreneurial environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and embed a robust financial control environment, governance framework and appropriate corporate/group structure.
- Lead group reporting, consolidation, budgeting, forecasting and board-level financial insight.
- Drive data migration, systems implementation and finance technology integrations to support scale.
- Lead capital raising and financing activity, working with a broad range of equity and debt investors.
- Act as a strategic partner on acquisitions, portfolio performance and long-term value creation.
Candidate Profile
- Qualified Accountant (ACA / ACCA or equivalent) with 10+ years' industry experience.
- Proven UK Real Estate finance professional with strong knowledge of Industrial and Commercial Property.
- Highly proactive, ambitious and commercially minded with experience operating at board and investor level.
