Finance Lead: Build & Scale VC-Backed Marketplace

Talentedge is seeking a Finance Lead for a VC-backed marketplace startup. You’ll build the finance function from scratch, own reporting, forecasting and budgeting, and develop models to support fundraising and strategic plans. You’ll partner with the founder on pricing, investor updates, and growth initiatives.

This hands-on role offers equity and a clear path to shaping the finance function as the company scales, with hybrid work and one day per week in London.
