Finance Leader for Law Firm - Hybrid Role

Larbey Evans is recruiting a Head of Finance in Hertfordshire to lead the finance function for a specialist law firm. You will oversee an Accounts team of 3, revamp the finance structure, and work with outsourced accountants to enhance processes.

The role requires ACA/ACCA qualification and strong leadership with a solid grasp of legal accounting and SAR compliance. The position is hybrid with three days in the office and two days remote.
