About you

• 3-5 years' experience in finance, bookkeeping, or related operations
• Proficiency with cloud accounting platforms, ideally Xero
• High level of integrity, discretion, and confidentiality in managing sensitive data
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Based within the region with availability for occasional in-person meetings

What you'll do

• Manage billing and invoicing processes, including subscriptions, renewals, and credits
• Lead collections efforts, maintaining positive relationships with clients
• Support accounts payable activities such as invoice processing and payments
• Perform daily bookkeeping tasks, including reconciliations and journal entries
• Assist with month-end closing, audits, tax filings, and various finance projects
