Finance Transformation Lead – D365 ERP (Hybrid)

ARO in Farnborough is seeking an experienced Finance Transformation Project Manager to lead a 12-month fixed-term ERP transformation from Sage to Dynamics 365 F&O, ensuring business continuity and measurable benefits.

You will manage multi-workstream delivery, engage stakeholders, govern the programme, and partner with a Microsoft implementation partner to deliver on time and within budget.

Hybrid role with three days in the Farnborough office and occasional UK travel; own transport required.
