Finance Transformation Lead: Strategy & Delivery

Waterstones is seeking a Finance Transformation Manager to drive the strategic overhaul of our finance function. Based in London, Solihull, or Burton-Upon-Trent with travel, you will define the transformation roadmap and deliver multi-workstream projects that improve systems, processes and reporting.

You will lead end-to-end delivery with strong accounting knowledge, enabling accurate financial insight and scalable growth for the business.
