About the Role
Our client is seeking a dedicated and client-centric Financial Advisor to join their reputable firm located in the heart of Plymouth . You will be instrumental in guiding individuals and families towards achieving their financial goals, offering comprehensive advice on investments, retirement planning, insurance, and wealth management. This role requires building trust and fostering long-term relationships through personalized financial strategies. As this is a client-facing position, it is primarily office-based with opportunities for client meetings in the local area, serving the community in Devon and its surroundings.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough financial needs analyses with clients to understand their goals and risk tolerance.
- Develop and present personalized financial plans covering investments, retirement, insurance, and estate planning.
- Recommend and implement suitable financial products and strategies.
- Monitor client portfolios and make adjustments as necessary based on market conditions and client objectives.
- Stay abreast of financial markets, products, and regulatory changes.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships through regular communication and excellent service.
Requirements
- Relevant professional qualifications (e.g., CII Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning).
- Proven experience as a Financial Advisor or in a similar financial planning role.
- In-depth knowledge of investment principles, retirement planning, and risk management.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Strong ethical standards and commitment to client confidentiality.
- Ability to work independently and manage a client base effectively.
