Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough financial needs analyses for clients, including investment, retirement planning, insurance, and estate planning.
- Develop and present customized financial plans tailored to individual client objectives and risk tolerance.
- Recommend and implement appropriate financial products and strategies, such as mutual funds, stocks, bonds, and insurance policies.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with a diverse client base.
- Stay abreast of market trends, economic conditions, and new financial products and regulations.
- Ensure all activities comply with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
- Provide ongoing reviews and adjustments to financial plans as clients' circumstances change.
Requirements
- Relevant professional qualifications (e.g., CII Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning) are essential.
- Proven experience as a Financial Advisor or in a similar client-facing financial planning role.
- Strong understanding of investment products, insurance, pensions, and retirement planning.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and sales skills.
- Ability to build trust and rapport with clients and understand their financial aspirations.
- Knowledge of regulatory frameworks governing financial advice in the UK.
- Based in or willing to travel to client sites in and around Norfolk .
