Our client is seeking a client-focused and knowledgeable Financial Advisor to join their practice in Reading . This hybrid role focuses on providing personalized financial planning and investment advice to individuals and families. You will build strong client relationships, understand their financial goals, and develop tailored strategies to help them achieve financial security and growth. Key Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive financial plans covering retirement planning, investment strategies, and risk management.
- Analyze clients' financial situations, goals, and risk tolerance to provide tailored recommendations.
- Advise clients on investment products, insurance, and estate planning.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients through regular communication and reviews.
- Stay current with financial market trends, economic conditions, and relevant regulations.
- Collaborate with other financial professionals to provide holistic client solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field; relevant professional certifications (e.g., CII Diploma, CFP) are essential.
- Proven experience (4+ years) as a Financial Advisor or in a similar client-facing financial planning role.
- In-depth knowledge of financial planning principles, investment products, and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Strong ethical standards and commitment to client best interests.
- Ability to manage client relationships and administrative tasks effectively in a hybrid work setting.
