About the Role

Our client is seeking a proactive and analytical Financial Analyst to join their dynamic finance team in Norwich . This role will be critical in providing in-depth financial analysis, supporting strategic decision-making, and driving business performance. You will be responsible for forecasting, budgeting, variance analysis, and developing financial models. The ideal candidate will possess strong quantitative skills and a keen ability to translate complex financial data into actionable insights for stakeholders across the organization, working within a dedicated team environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain financial models for forecasting, budgeting, and scenario analysis.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Financial Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced formulas and data analysis tools.
• Experience with financial modeling and reporting software.
• Excellent analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
