Are you an experienced finance professional seeking a leadership role within a dynamic Portsmouth based business? We are recruiting exclusively for a Financial Controller to support a business for a period of 9-12 months to cover maternity leave.

What will the Financial Controller role involve?

Partnering with other departments to deliver insights that drive operational improvement
Suitable Candidate for the Financial Controller vacancy:
ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified with proven experience in a financial management role, preferably within a medium size business
Strong technical accounting skills and understanding of UK financial regulations
Leadership capabilities with a track record of managing and developing teams
Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills
A proactive approach with a focus on continuous improvement and problem-solving
