This senior position requires a proactive individual to manage all aspects of financial operations, including accounting, financial reporting, compliance, and internal controls. Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and payroll.
• Ensure timely and accurate preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Develop, implement, and maintain robust internal financial controls.
• Manage relationships with external auditors and tax advisors.
• Lead the budgeting and forecasting processes, providing strategic financial insights.

Requirements

• Full professional qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) with significant post-qualification experience.
• Proven experience as a Financial Controller or similar senior finance role.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting standards (UK GAAP/IFRS) and tax regulations.
• Experience with financial system implementation and management.
