Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, payroll, and compliance.
• Manage the month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting.
• Develop and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure compliance.
• Lead the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and financial analyses to support strategic decision-making.
• Manage relationships with external auditors and tax advisors.
• Mentor and develop the accounting team, fostering a culture of accuracy and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA or ACCA qualification is required.
• Minimum of 7-10 years of progressive experience in accounting and financial management, preferably in a senior role.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles (GAAP/IFRS) and financial reporting standards.
• Proven experience with financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems.
