Financial Markets Counsel — Derivatives & Trading (Hybrid)

Arbuthnot Yon is seeking an experienced financial markets lawyer to join the EMEA legal team on a 12-month contract, advising across derivatives, credit, rates and financing products and providing day-to-day regulatory support to front-office teams.

The role requires fluency with MiFID II and MAR, drafting and negotiating documentation, and advising on product structuring and deal execution, while fostering strong cross-functional relationships. Weekly remote work can be arranged.
