Financial Markets Lawyer — Remote 12‑Month Contract

Arbuthnot Yon in London seeks an experienced financial markets / sales and trading lawyer for a 12-month contract to advise across derivatives, credit, rates and financing products.

The role involves disseminating regulatory changes (MiFiD II, MAR) to product development, trading and front-office teams, providing day-to-day support on trading activity and drafting and negotiating a wide scope of documentation including FX, clearing and E-trading.
