Key Responsibilities
- Conduct detailed client fact-finds to understand their financial situation, goals, and risk appetite.
- Develop bespoke financial plans covering investments, retirement, protection, and estate planning.
- Research and recommend suitable financial products and investment solutions.
- Implement and manage financial plans, regularly reviewing and updating them as client circumstances change.
- Ensure all advice provided is compliant with FCA regulations and company standards.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with a portfolio of clients.
Requirements
- Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning (DipPFS) or equivalent qualification.
- Proven experience in financial planning and advising clients on wealth management.
- Comprehensive knowledge of investment, pension, tax, and protection products.
- Strong understanding of FCA regulations and compliance requirements.
- Excellent communication, listening, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in financial planning software and CRM systems.
