About the Role

Our client is seeking a strategic and experienced Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Manager to join their finance leadership team in Bristol . This hybrid role will be instrumental in driving financial strategy, forecasting accuracy, and insightful business performance analysis. You will lead the FP&A function, providing critical financial insights to support key business decisions and strategic initiatives. Working within a collaborative environment, you will blend in-office collaboration with remote flexibility, ensuring robust financial planning and reporting mechanisms are in place to guide the company's growth and profitability. Key Responsibilities

• Lead the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes, ensuring accuracy and alignment with strategic goals.
• Develop and maintain robust financial models to support long-range planning and scenario analysis.
• Prepare insightful management reports, presentations, and dashboards for executive leadership.
• Analyze financial performance, identify trends, and provide actionable recommendations to improve profitability and efficiency.
• Collaborate with business unit leaders to understand performance drivers and support strategic initiatives.
• Drive continuous improvement in FP&A processes, tools, and methodologies.

Requirements

• Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) or MBA with a strong finance focus.
• Significant experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), financial modelling, and strategic planning.
• Proven ability to analyse complex financial data and translate it into clear, actionable insights.
• Excellent understanding of financial principles and management accounting techniques.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills, effective in hybrid settings.
• Proficiency in financial planning software (e.g., Anaplan, Hyperion) and advanced Excel skills.
