Financial Planning & Analysis Manager

About the Role

Our client is looking for a strategic and results-driven Financial Planning & Analysis Manager to lead their FP&A function in Brighton . This role is crucial for driving financial performance by providing insights through budgeting, forecasting, and strategic analysis. You will collaborate closely with various departments to develop financial plans, identify key performance indicators, and support decision-making processes. Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes.
• Conduct in-depth financial analysis, identifying trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
• Prepare detailed financial reports and presentations for senior management and stakeholders.
• Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track business performance.
• Provide financial support and strategic insights to various business units and departments.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the FP&A function.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in financial planning and analysis.
• Advanced proficiency in financial modeling, Excel, and BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
• Strong understanding of financial principles and management accounting.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
