Financial Planning and Analysis Manager

About the Role

Our client is seeking an experienced Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) Manager to lead their FP&A function remotely. This strategic role will be responsible for driving financial insights, supporting business planning, and enhancing financial performance across the organization. You will collaborate closely with senior leadership and department heads to provide robust financial analysis, forecasting, and strategic guidance. Key Responsibilities

• Lead the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes, ensuring accuracy and alignment with strategic goals.
• Develop insightful financial models and scenario analyses to support business decisions and strategic initiatives.
• Prepare comprehensive financial reports and presentations for executive management, highlighting key performance indicators and trends.
• Analyze financial performance, identify key drivers of variance, and provide actionable recommendations for improvement.
• Partner with business units to understand their financial needs and provide analytical support for decision-making.
• Continuously improve FP&A processes, tools, and reporting capabilities to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements

• Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) with substantial FP&A experience.
• Proven track record in financial modeling, forecasting, and strategic financial planning.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, comfortable presenting to senior management.
• Experience managing and developing a remote finance team is a plus.
