About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of the annual budgeting and long-term financial planning processes.
• Prepare accurate and insightful financial forecasts, scenario analyses, and sensitivity testing.
• Analyze financial performance against budget and forecast, identifying key drivers and variances.
• Develop financial models and dashboards to support strategic decision-making and performance tracking.
• Provide financial expertise and guidance to business unit leaders on strategic initiatives and resource allocation.
• Continuously improve FP&A processes, tools, and reporting capabilities for enhanced efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA or relevant professional certification (e.g., CIMA, ACCA) is a strong advantage.
• Minimum of 6 years of progressive experience in financial planning, analysis, and strategic finance.
• Proven expertise in financial modeling, budgeting software, and data analysis tools.
• Strong understanding of corporate finance principles and strategic planning methodologies.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills for effective remote collaboration.
