About the Role

Our client is seeking a strategic and forward-thinking Financial Planning Manager to lead their FP&A function. This is a fully remote role where you will be responsible for driving financial strategy, developing robust forecasting models, and providing critical insights to support business growth. Key Responsibilities

• Lead the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes, ensuring accuracy and alignment with strategic goals.
• Develop sophisticated financial models to analyse business performance, identify trends, and forecast future outcomes.
• Prepare detailed financial reports and presentations for senior management, board of directors, and other stakeholders.
• Drive business insights through rigorous financial analysis, identifying key drivers of performance and areas for improvement.
• Partner with business leaders to provide financial guidance, support strategic decision-making, and optimise resource allocation.

Requirements

• Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) with a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in FP&A or a similar finance leadership role.
• Demonstrated expertise in financial modelling, forecasting, and strategic planning.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven ability to thrive in a remote working environment, demonstrating self-discipline and effective collaboration.
