FinCrime Compliance Lead: 2LoD Risk & Policy Leader

Revolut is seeking an innovative and driven Financial Crime Compliance Lead to join the second line of defence. You will oversee FinCrime risk, maintain policies, and support product launches across the organisation.

You will work with senior management to define standards, manage MLRO teams, and prepare governance reports. This role requires 8+ years in FinCrime, strong regulatory knowledge, and excellent stakeholder communication in English.
