Legacy, the three-rosette fine dining restaurant at The Grand, York, is seeking a Junior Sous Chef to join our award-winning kitchen brigade. You will help lead the brigade, oversee daily service and uphold the high culinary standards that define our team.

Open Wednesday to Sunday for dinner, with occasional exclusive lunch events. You will mentor junior chefs, contribute to menu development, and engage with guests to bring our culinary philosophy to life.
