Vonage is seeking a Business Operations Specialist focused on FinOps to support and optimize our global Engineering team. You will drive OKRs, prepare ELT reports, and improve FinOps, QA, and Architecture processes to boost efficiency.
Collaborating with engineering and finance leaders, you will own key metrics, enable data-driven decisions, and oversee high-visibility projects to ensure milestones, budgets, and quality. Hybrid work available.
