Harmonic Group Ltd in London is building a modern, AI-powered compliance function from the ground up. You will own the framework, regulatory relationship with the FCA, and financial crime oversight as MLRO.

This is a hands-on build role reporting directly to the founders and the Board, with equity on offer and five days on-site to shape how compliance gets done in a fast-scaling fintech. You'll design lean processes, implement monitoring, and foster a culture of compliant growth.
