Fintech Compliance Monitoring Specialist – Hybrid

Lendable is seeking a Compliance Monitoring Officer to join its growing compliance team. You will design and deliver monitoring reviews, identify risks, and work with stakeholders to track remediation to completion in a fast-moving fintech environment.

You’ll collaborate with the FCA and ICO, report to the Compliance and Governance Manager, and help embed consumer duty and strong customer outcomes across the organisation.
