Fintech Customer Success Associate

Acre, part of The ClearScore Group, is building an end‑to‑end mortgage platform in London. This Associate role sits in the Customer Success team to help brokers and lenders use Acre’s technology as the business grows.

You will learn Acre's product, support customers via phone, email and screenshares, and collaborate with Product, Engineering and Marketing to improve the experience. Hybrid work, in‑office Shoreditch twice a week, and Saturday availability are expected.
