Our customer is a well-established Fire & Security provider experiencing continued growth across its commercial customer base. They are looking for an experienced Contracts Manager to take ownership of key accounts, lead an engineering team, and ensure the successful delivery of complex Fire & Security service contracts. This is a varied senior position combining client relationship management, technical oversight, operational leadership, commercial responsibility, and team development. The successful candidate will work across a portfolio of prestigious commercial environments, dealing with clients and stakeholders while overseeing a team of Engineers and Senior Engineers. Act as the main point of contact for clients, developing strong and long-term working relationships. Ensure contracts are delivered to agreed service levels, KPIs, technical standards, and customer expectations. Identify opportunities for additional works, remedial projects, upgrades, and system improvements.
