Salary: GBP38000 - GBP42000 per annum + £185 a week call out (1 in 8)

Location: North Somerset (all work within45 mins- 1 hour of base)
Salary: £38,000–£42,000 basic +OT 1.5x + on-call payments ( 1 in 8 , £185)
Hours: Mon–Fri, 08:00–17:00
Contract: Permanent, Full-time

Ideally candidate will live no more than 30- 45 mins from main office

The Role

We’re looking for amulti-disciplined Fire & Security Engineer (Grade 3) to join agrowing business inNorth Somerset,Bristol . This ismainly service and remedial work role , with a strong focus onplanned preventive maintenance (PPM) —no long-distance travel andno overnight stays .

What you’ll be doing

• Carrying outservice, remedial and PPM visits across fire and security systems
• Working on systems includingintruder alarms, fire alarms, access control and CCTV (IP & analogue)
• Ensuring works meet relevantBritish Standards andNSI requirements
• Accurately completing job paperwork / updates via CRM/PDA
• Taking part in anon-call rota (1 in 8)

What we’re looking for

• Time served engineer and/orIPAF
• ECS (or CSCS) card
• FIA qualified (preferred not essential)
• Ideallymulti-disciplined acrossFire & Security
• Good IT/admin ability (MS Office / job systems) and strong customer service
• Full UK driving licence

Pay, on-call & benefits

• On-call: 1 in 8 , withmax average 1 call-out per week
• On-call payment: £185 per week when on-call
• Overtime: time and a half after hours
• Power tools provided
