ASEL (Argenbright Security Europe Ltd) is expanding across Kings Lynn , and we're looking for an Area Service Engineer to take full ownership of their own patch. This isn't a role where you're one of hundreds chasing a van schedule. You'll own your territory, your clients, and your reputation.

What you'll actually be doing

You'll take full ownership of service and maintenance delivery across your SW Wales region — the face of ASEL to every client you visit. That means:

• Managing maintenance calls, reactive faults, and small project works across your own area
• Diagnosing and fixing faults across CCTV, intruder alarms, access control, and fire systems
• Delivering first-time fixes — because repeat visits waste your time and the client's trust
• Building real, lasting relationships with clients, not just ticking off job numbers
• Keeping your line manager in the loop on workload and outstanding issues
• Sharing a fair 1 in 6 on-call rota

What you bring

• Proven experience maintaining integrated security systems — CCTV, intruder, access control, and fire
• Solid knowledge of IP-based security systems
• A methodical, quality-first approach to fault-finding
• A professional, customer-focused manner
• A full UK driving licence
• A genuine appetite for continuous learning
