Job Description
Fire & Security Service Engineer
We are seeking an experienced Fire & Security Service Engineer to join our well-established company covering Oxfordshire, Buckinghamshire, Berkshire, with occasional work in London.
Job Details
- £35,000 – £40,000 basic salary (depending on experience)
- Full-time, permanent position
- 28 days annual leave plus bank holidays
- Company vehicle and fuel card
- Mobile phone and laptop provided

- 1 in 6 on-call rota with £200 standby payment, plus £25 per hour for call-outs
- Overtime paid at £25 per hour
Role & Responsibilities
- Servicing, fault-finding and maintaining fire alarm, intruder alarm, CCTV and access control systems
- Diagnosing faults and carrying out repairs
- Attending reactive call outs
- Participating in a 1 in 6 on-call rota
- Covering Oxfordshire, Buckinghamshire, and Berkshire, with occasional work in London
Skills & Experience
- Previous experience servicing and maintaining fire and security systems
- Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills
- Experience with fire alarms, intruder alarms, CCTV and access control systems
- Full UK driving licence
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
