Our customer is a well-established Fire & Security company delivering high-quality Fire & Security solutions across the North West. Due to continued growth, they are looking to recruit an experienced Fire & Security Service Engineer to join their established engineering team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an engineer looking for long-term stability, ongoing manufacturer training and genuine career progression within a growing business.
Salary and Benefits - Fire & Security Service Engineer
- £32,000 - £38,000 Basic Salary (DOE)
- Company Van with Personal Use (Optional)
- Paid Travel Time - 30 minutes deducted each way
- Excellent Overtime Available
- Overtime paid at 1.5x Monday-Saturday & 2x Sundays
- Call Out Rota - 1 in 7 / 1 in 8
- Time taken on call-outs given back the following working day
- 25 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays

Key Responsibilities - Fire & Security Service Engineer
- Service and maintain CCTV, Intruder Alarm and Access Control systems
- Carry out fault finding and repairs
- Complete small works on existing installations
- Attend planned and reactive maintenance visits
- Complete accurate service reports and documentation
- Deliver excellent customer service at all times
Skills and experience - Fire & Security Service Engineer
- Previous experience servicing Electronic Security systems
- Strong knowledge of CCTV, Intruder Alarms & Access Control
- Experience carrying out fault finding and small works
- Manufacturer experience with GENT and/or FireClass would be advantageous
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Excellent communication and customer-facing skills
