Fire & Security Service Scheduler

Confidential in Coalville is seeking an experienced Scheduler / Service Coordinator to join our growing Fire & Security team. You will coordinate engineers, schedule reactive and planned maintenance, and ensure customers receive a high level of service.

Responsibilities include managing engineer diaries, liaising with customers, prioritising emergency call-outs, monitoring SLAs and KPIs, and keeping job records up to date while working closely with engineers, customers and Service Managers.
