Our client is seeking a diligent Fire and Security Systems Engineer to join their team, covering Wolverhampton, West Midlands . This role is essential for the installation, maintenance, and servicing of advanced fire detection and security systems, including alarms, CCTV, and access control. Key Responsibilities
- Install, commission, and maintain fire alarm systems, CCTV, and access control solutions.
- Conduct routine servicing and preventative maintenance on security and fire detection equipment.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot system faults, providing timely and effective repairs.
- Ensure all installations and works comply with relevant industry standards and regulations.
- Provide technical support and guidance to clients on system operation.
- Maintain accurate records of all work performed, including test results and service reports.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Fire and Security Systems Engineer, with a background in Installation & Maintenance .
- Knowledge of various fire alarm panels, CCTV systems, and access control hardware.
- Proficiency in wiring, fault-finding, and testing procedures.
- Ability to work independently and manage your own workload effectively.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills are vital for this role in Wolverhampton .
- Relevant industry qualifications (e.g., FIA, NSI certification) and a valid UK driving license are required.
