Fire Extinguisher Engineer - £38k OTE + Joining Bonus

Location of works: Bromsgrove
Salary Bracket: £32,500 basic
On target earnings (OTE): £38,000+

4way Recruitment has partnered directly, with an accredited provider to secure a permanent Fire Extinguisher Engineer for their team.

Our client is a leading business in the Fire Protection industry, with engineers based across the country providing support for commercial and domestic sectors, with the company able to provide long-term progression, stability and further training opportunities.

Salary and Benefits – Fire Extinguisher Engineer

• Basic salary of £32,500 basic
• OTE of £38,000+
• £1,500 joining bonus (£750 after 6 months and £750 after 12 months) available for fully trained engineers with current BAFE certification
• Company van and fuel card provided
• 22 days holiday plus 8 bank holidays
• Company pension scheme
• PDA, uniform and tools provided

Key Responsibilities – Fire Extinguisher Engineer

• Service, maintain and install portable fire extinguishers across commercial and residential sites
• Plan and manage your own daily service schedule efficiently
• Liaise directly with customers to arrange service appointments
• Complete service reports accurately using a PDA
• Ensure all work complies with fire safety legislation and health & safety standards
• Represent the company professionally whilst working independently xwwtmva in the field

Skills and Experience – Fire Extinguisher Engineer

• BAFE Certification – Essential
• Full UK Driving License – Essential
• Previous experience as a Fire Extinguisher Technician or Fire Extinguisher Engineer
• Experience working in customer-facing environments
• Ability to work independently and effectively manage your own workload
