What Youll Get

• Foundation Level Fire Risk Assessor (Formally Tier 1) = up to £33,000 per year
• Intermediate Level Fire Risk Assessor (Tier 2) = £33,001 - £40,000 per year
• Advanced Level Fire Risk Assessor (Tier 3) = £40,001 - £48,000 per year

Note: The above salary ranges are dependent on experience and qualifications.

Ongoing training, mentorship and genuine career progression (we also have mentorship days every 4 months, so 3 a year, where our assessors get together to discuss everything fire).

You will be put through a 2-6 week mentoring/adjustment period, depending on experience. xwwtmva In this period, you will shadow other assessors, undertake relevant training, complete demo FRAs, and have time to learn the role and read relevant guidance documents. On completion of this period, you will complete live FRAs with a senior supporting you for the duration of your visits on the first two/three FRA batches, until you are ready to complete them on your own.
