Fire Safety & Asset Compliance Lead

Radius Housing is seeking an Assets Officer to deliver a professional, technical and customer-facing property maintenance service. The role will work flexibly with colleagues and identify service improvements.

The Assets Officer will lead the review of Fire Risk Assessments (FRAs) and coordinate resulting actions, maintaining compliance records and supporting governance reporting on fire safety.
