Contract Type: Permanent (Full-Time)

Shift patterns: Tuesday to Saturday, 6am to 2pm & 2pm to 10pm (Weekly rotational)

We're now looking for a Warehouse First Line Manager!

what You'll Do

• Coordinate and provide support and information in the running of a safe and efficient operation, working within clear guidelines to help achieve the operational standards and defined outcomes for your responsibility area during shift in individual approach.
• Communicate productivity and direct hours targets to your team ensuring they have a clear understanding of what is expected from them - including communication to new hires
• Have a clear understanding of Roles & Responsibilities applicable to your role and to your team
• Undertake basic low level incident investigations within the work place and promptly elevate issues of non compliance to safety regulations and procedures
• Identify Work Instructions that need reviews based on Kaizens and Standard deviation and indicate them to the supervisor - Monthly
• Conduct weekly performance reviews with 100% of your employees, based on productivity, variance, dispersion, direct and indirect hours, set up time, attendance, quality/inventory and SHE (individual)

this Role Would Suit People Who

• Previous First Line Manager Experience
• Strong communicator, ability to manage stakeholders
• IT Literate, with Microsoft Office Packages
• Have strong operational knowledge of logistics and warehousing
• Have a strategic mindset and a passion for problem-solving.
• You're a natural leader with excellent communication skills, able to inspire and engage your team
