Enjoy a 4-day week, shared weekend cover, no overnight on-call, and built-in recovery time after duty weekends. Start times 8:30am, finish 5:30–6:30pm on operating days. You should be RCVS-registered, confident with routine surgery and first-opinion consults, and value organisation and teamwork.
