Fitness & Wellbeing Manager: Lead Team & Grow Programs

Nuffield Health Reading is seeking a Fitness & Wellbeing Manager to lead a gym team, drive personal training revenue and deliver top-class fitness programming. You will report to the Programme Director and manage the fitness team, while organising class timetables and overseeing all fitness activities.

The role requires REPs Level 3 or CIMSPA Practitioner credentials, studio experience and a track record of achieving sales and KPI goals.
