You will be responsible for driving membership growth, ensuring exceptional member experience, and managing the day-to-day activities of the centre, including staff, facilities, and programming. Key Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of fitness centre operations, including staff recruitment, training, and performance management.

• Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of all fitness equipment and facilities, ensuring a safe and clean environment.
• Create and manage diverse fitness programs, classes, and personal training services to meet member needs.

• Ensure a high level of customer service, addressing member feedback and resolving issues promptly.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years' experience in fitness centre management or a similar leadership role within the health and fitness industry.
• Proven ability to drive sales, manage budgets, and achieve operational targets.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate staff.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Certification in fitness instruction and knowledge of health and safety regulations are essential.
