This is a self-employed opportunity, which means you keep what you bill. There's no salary and we won't pretend otherwise — but coaches who follow our system at comparable clubs typically build to £2,000-£3,000+ per month within their first 6-9 months, with no cap beyond that. Your income grows with your business, and our job is to help you grow it faster.

Who we're looking for

You'll need a Level 3 Personal Training qualification and, more importantly, the right attitude. You don't need to arrive with a client base — you need to be confident talking to members, genuinely care about getting people results, and be serious about making coaching your career rather than a stopgap. Newly qualified and experienced coaches both welcome.

Pay: £25,420.00-£55,392.92 per year
