Fleet & Compliance Manager (Transport Safety & Ops)

Brighton & Hove Albion FC is seeking a Fleet Manager to oversee the transport fleet at the American Express Elite Football Performance Centre, Lancing. You will ensure every vehicle is roadworthy, compliant, and cost-efficient, while leading a small team of four part-time drivers.

With a data-driven mindset, you’ll align DVSA regulations, MOT checks and licensing with club operations, and drive continuous improvement across safety and performance in our transport function.
