About the Role

Our client is looking for a highly organised and proactive Fleet Manager to join their team in Cardiff . This role is essential for maintaining and optimising the company's vehicle fleet, ensuring compliance, safety, and operational efficiency. You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of all vehicles, drivers, and related services, working closely with maintenance providers and internal departments to minimise downtime and costs. This is a hands-on position that requires strong leadership skills and a keen eye for detail, critical for upholding the highest standards of fleet operation within the vibrant Welsh capital, ensuring business continuity and driver well-being.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the company's vehicle fleet.
